Untitled dream depicts a dream that the artist had in the past. By portraying scenes that stay after waking up, the artist records the remnants of her unconscious mind. In dreams, the artist was often chased by an unknown in empty interiors. This painting was made during a lockdown in 2020.

Kyung Eun You is a visual artist from Korea, currently living and working in New York. She completed a certificate program in printmaking at the National Academy Museum and School in 2017. Kyung Eun has received the Artist's Book Residency Grant from Women's Studio Workshop in Rosendale, NY and NYSCA/NYFA Artist Fellowship in Printmaking/Drawing/Book Arts from New York Foundation for the Arts. Her work has been exhibited and published in the US, Korea, Hong Kong and UK.
